Micro pigs with macro price: £700 the latest celebrity pet craze
It’s amazing how popular this little pigs have suddenly become and just how many people want pigs as pets. At first sight this little ones are so adorable, with those oversized ears they are just so cute that you get to think that you must have one. But as much as they look nice their price tag is anything but that.
In exchange for up to £700, owners take home a pet which weighs just 9oz at birth and is the size of a tea cup.
I don’t know what your opinion about this price is, but I think that is just to much for 9oz for pork meat. Not that I think that you should eat this poor little thing, but £700…please… anyhow, this pig pet reaches his full size after two years but still only weigh up to 65lb and stand at around 14in tall.
Unlike popular myth, the pigs are extremely clean and very, very smart. I suppose that you all know that pigs are the smartest domestic animals. This “micro-pigs” are smart and you will easilythey toilet train them. Also, they are quiet and you will not have problems with your neighbors. There will not be complaining about barking or similar things. Except the price I believe that you bought the product, and that you would like to have one of these cute little pets.
If you thought that dogs are bounding type of animals, than you just didn’t have this little pet yet. You will get to see that they just love to be wit you and they love all the attention that you can give.
Lots of celebrities, especially in Britain, just flipped out for these pets and they are now the proud owners of micro-pigs. The adorable animals, which grow to just 14in tall, are being snapped up by celebrities, including Harry Potter actor Ruphert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley.
The company website (the one which is growing these cute pets) has been getting 4,000 hits a week and she gets at least 60 emails and 40 phone calls a day from people all over the world, including America, Russia, Spain and even Australia.
Now it is up to you to decide if these pigs are going to become the number one hit when it comes to pets. We’ll just wait and see, but I think that the interesting in getting these pets will grow when the piece gets lower.
