Nakizmo is a festival that happens all over the country. The photos that you are about to see it took place in Tokyo. The point is to make a baby cry. I’m not sure what it is about the Japanese and their need to scare small children, but it sure can be entertaining! The festival takes place on the fourth Sunday of April at Asakusa. I am sure that you haven’t seen something like this before.
