I imagine that you all know somebody or that you had met someone who has such a bad tattoo. It is not so hard to get a bad tattoo…have great fun on the sea side and what is next that happens, you get home an you are still nostalgic, but after few days the magic is off and the tattoo is still on. The dolphin on the Sun setting looked so romantic then, but now is more like: Man where my head was? Are you doomed/ Pretty much the answer will be: Oh, Yeah! But, there is a great thing organized in UK, it is a competition called TATTOO-OFF!! and what is the prize: you will win to remove your bad tattoo. That sounds like a great thing. Erase bad memories and live your life again. So here is how you can apply for this great thing and win removal of your tattoo. The managing director of this competition is Richard Simpson-Bricks and he says that everyone must have a chance in life. And you can apply just by: Simply sending in a photograph of your tattoo together with your reasons why you want it removed.
Two winners (one male and one female) will be selected by a panel of experts, based primarily on the story behind the tattoo and why it should be removed.
The bad news is that the Tatts Off 2010 is open to UK residents only.
But this might be a goo idea to other countries too. Show that you care for someone. Anyhow, another good thing is that this treatments are carried out in clinical treatment rooms by fully trained and experienced therapists. The skin is treated by making a series of dots using a needle similar to the way the tattoo was applied. Instead of putting ink into the skin, we use Kataderm®, a mixture of natural products that persuade the body to expel the pigment through natural processes. Small scabs form on the treated area that fall off over a period of two weeks taking the ink with them. Hope that they will closely look up for someones reasons for removing the tatt and that the “best” one wins.
I am sure that ex sweethearts name (the one which took all your money and run with your best friend and left you out in the street) doesn’t deserve to be on your chest any more! So, send photos, send your story and hope you’ll be the one!
