People get fired for no reason or for some really good ones, but there are even stupid reasons. These are some of the most extreme cases:
One strange thing happen in Indianapolis. You know that people are being warned not to text messages while driving, in the classroom, church, hospitals, court…well, it looks like one text massage was a crucial on for a judge. Danielle Gregory, judge at the Marion County Juvenile Court, lost her job over texting during the hearings. According to a court disciplinary record obtained by 13 Investigates, Magistrate Danielle Gregory engaged in inappropriate conduct, texting a married male employee in the middle of more than one juvenile hearing. Now it is a question, should this be a moral or legal question? Is she being punished for typing messages, or for whom she is typing? I think paying attention at the hearing is most important thing, but sticking up to whom she is texting I am not sure what message is to be sent.

Tweeting seems like a lot of fun. But for one poor Vodafone employe in Hungary Tweeter became the worst nightmare. Müller Tamás was fired, and this is how…It all began on one Friday night when T-Mobile had some issues with the mobile network in Hungary. In order to keep their customers informed they decided to tweet about it. The first tweet said: “Hungary´s T-Mobile network partly down, software to blame”, then another to calm some presumably furious customers saying: “There will be an official statement (released) about the network problem. Please be patient!”. Tamas as the member of tweeting group for the Vodafone decides to make a little joke and tweeted: “OK, give us a ring! ;) RT @tmobilehungary There will be an official statement (released) about the network problem. Please be patient!”. Someone didn’t find this funny at all and the employee’s behavior was treated as going against fair competition and so he got sacked!

O.K. Tweeting, texting can be some “fair” reason, but his is one bizarre story. A waiter in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Juan Canales, who left his shift to rescue a woman being attacked by an armed carjacker was fired after the heroic effort. The reason for firing him was simply because he left his job. You may be a hero, but after that you are unemployed. Have you heard the heroes have day job and do well on them? No? That’s why you can’t be both.

Filippa Hamilton, 23-year-old model is size 4. Everyone would say she is skinny one, but for Ralph Lauren, this is one fatty. She got fired as a result of her inability to meet the obligations under her contract with Ralph Lauren. What Ralph Lauren allegedly told Hamilton’s agency, is that the 5’10″ 5’8″, 120 lb model had become too fat to fit into its clothing. Now this is bizarre. What do you think is it normal a woman to weight this much, and what grown woman can respond to sizes that fashion companies are setting? They wand children, not fully grown women. This is bizarre, scaring and alarming!
